This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. There are several clear close-ups of her face. I can't imagine how anyone could ever belive this is Marilyn.

ReplyDeleteYou know, that very well could be her- before any work (did Monroe have any cosmetic surgery? Because the nose is one of the only facial difference. She's younger, heavier, and not wearing as much eye make-up as she did later in her career.

ReplyDeleteThat's not Marilyn. Even as Norma Jean Mortensen, before she was famous and dyed her brown hair blonde, she wasn't that heavy. I've seen pictures of her from that period. Also, Marilyn's first film (in 1947) predates this film.
ReplyDeleteThe teeth. The best way to establish a positive ID is the teeth. If we could get a frame grab of the teeth, scale, and match to photos of Marilyn, we'd have a good answer.

Personally I'm not sure what I think. Deserves pro analysis.
